  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs depend on the product being sold, it's size, weight and value. Where we are able, we offer free shipping for some items, but others require larger packaging, or insurance due to their value, and thus may have a shipping charge. We try as best as we can to keep our shipping costs reasonable. Where items are shipping outside of the continential US, shipping charges will be higher.
  • How long does it take for you to ship?
    Generally, we aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, or the next business day (ie. if you order on Fri evening, your item probably won't ship until Monday). There are times when we are out of the office, and in those times, shipping may be delayed a few days.
  • How can I track my order?
    Orders are provided tracking when we produce a shipping label from the shipping company. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the shipping company to update their online tracking.
  • Can I change my order after I submit it?
    Maybe. If you haven't received a tracking # yet, then we are still processing your order and chances are we can make a change. Please email us right away and we will see where your order is in the shipping process. support@brownbearenterprises.com
  • How can I cancel my order?
    If you have not received a tracking # yet, then your order is still in our warehouse, and we can pull it and cancel the order. If you've received a tracking #, then likely the order has left our control and it's next stop is your doorstep. Email us at support@brownbearenterprise.com and we will try to assist.
